Allison spent many summers learning to bake from her Great Aunt Novelean. Her recipes, wisdom, and kitchen lessons continue to echo in the way Allison approaches baking — with patience, care, Southern flavor, and a little instinct.

A family tradition, a love for Southern baking, and a passion for creating moments worth remembering. At Allicakes, every cake is made with care, flavor, and a little piece of our family story.
Our Story
In a small Southern town in Louisiana, many of Allison’s most precious family recipes were created by her Great Aunt Novelean and her mother Dessie. As a young girl, Allison became interested in more than just tasting the confections. She wanted a hand in making them and in creating the joy she had seen them bring to herself and so many others.
Allison spent many summers learning how to bake delicious Southern cakes and pies and fondly remembers her Great Aunt Novelean saying, “it just needs a pinch of this…or a pinch of that.”
To this day, Novelean’s guidance and teachings echo as she bakes. The passion for baking and serving goods created with love, flavor, and Southern charm has continued to grow in Allison, and now she looks forward to sharing it through Alli cakes.
